We process property details, user details, room and rate configuration, reservations, invoices, audit events, guest contact details, and messages needed to operate the PMS and channel manager.
How We Use Data
Data is used to run reservations, email invoices and confirmations, manage availability, sync connected channels, support subscriptions, secure the workspace, and provide reports.
Security
We use role-based access, audit logging, session controls, and least-privilege handling for sensitive operational data. Payment credentials and card data should be handled through approved payment processors and not stored directly in PMS notes or free-text fields.
