Use of Service
StaySaarthi provides property management, reservation, billing, channel manager, and reporting tools for hotels. You are responsible for the accuracy of hotel, tax, rate, inventory, guest, and payment information entered in the system.
Accounts and Access
You must keep account credentials secure and assign user roles carefully. Activity performed through your workspace may be recorded in audit logs for security and operational traceability.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid access depends on a valid subscription. Plan access, validity, invoices, and renewals are managed through the subscription section. Failed or expired payments may pause booking, rate, inventory, and channel functions until the account is renewed.
Third-Party Services
OTA, email, payment gateway, and channel manager integrations may depend on third-party availability, credentials, approval, and API limits. StaySaarthi is not responsible for third-party outages, rejected credentials, or policy changes.
